Community Support
& Outreach
Building Connections: Hosted multiple "Meet the Police" events to foster open dialogue and friendly interactions between neighbors and officers.
Festival Support: Expanded meal provisions and logistics support for officers working long, grueling shifts during the Plant City Strawberry Festival.
Crisis Response: Provided direct assistance and vital field support to officers during Hurricane Milton emergency storm response efforts.
Officer Training, Wellness, & Support
Injury Prevention: Sponsored 50% of specialized Jiu-Jitsu training costs to significantly improve officer field safety and reduce on-the-job injuries.
National Recognition: Funded officer attendance at National Police Week in Washington, D.C., honoring fallen heroes and strengthening department morale.
Department Appreciation: Provided three officer appreciation dinners and staff luncheons to celebrate the hard work of our department personnel.
Honoring Service: Sponsored the Police Department retirement luncheon to honor decades of dedicated public service.
Regional Collaboration: Participated actively in the East Hillsborough County Law Enforcement dinner to build regional public safety bonds.
Youth Involvement

Student & Family Outreach: Partnered with local schools to establish accessible toy collection areas, bringing holiday joy directly to students in need.
Bright Futures Volunteers: Created a dedicated Youth Volunteer Coordinator program, allowing local students to earn essential Bright Futures volunteer hours.
Hands-on Mentorship: Engaged youth volunteers in administrative tasks, website updates, and community outreach, teaching leadership and civic duty.
