Behind every badge is a person who has chosen to serve, protect, and stand watch over Plant City. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to strengthen support for our officers and deepen the bond between law enforcement and the community they serve.
Guided by our core pillars of Cops, Community, and Collaboration, we give residents, families, and local businesses a meaningful way to stand behind the department. Together, we help ensure our officers feel supported, appreciated, and never alone in their service.

Our Purpose
Every single day, Plant City officers show up for us. They are there in our most fragile moments of crisis, walking our neighborhoods, mentoring in our schools, and working tirelessly to keep our families safe. The Foundation exists to ensure that Plant City shows up for them in return.
Our purpose is to strengthen public safety and deepen community trust by funding critical needs that traditional public budgets simply cannot cover (p. 1). When you give, you are not funding a department; you are investing in life-saving officer wellness programs, advanced safety training, youth outreach that changes generations, and community events that bring us all closer together.
We bring residents, businesses, and civic partners together around one heartbeat: protecting those who protect us, and strengthening the community we all call home.
The Foundation does not fund personnel salaries, lethal weapons, or police vehicles.
